Ace is a mature neutered male Norwegian Elkhound. He is estimated to be 8-9 years old but don't tell him that! A very handsome Elkie that can melt your heart with his beautiful brown eyes. Ace came into Elkhound Rescue after spending a few months at a Humane Society. He was much loved (and overfed) by the volunteers there and is now a very spoiled boy in his foster home. Ace is 100% housebroken, knows most obedience commands and is just an all around great guy! He gets along great with the resident female mastiff of the house and is also fine with the kids in the house. The only issue with Ace is that he is known to be a runner! If he sees an open door he is off to explore the world so precaution needs to be taken. All said, Ace is a wonderful dog with awesome manners and a great personality.
